The Book Fair is coming soon to Kaiser and Woodland! November 4th - 8th
This is our only Book Fair in the 2024-25 school year, so let's make it a fun one!
Hours for Book Fair :
Woodland (after school + Friday morning):
2:00-3:30pm M, Tu, Th, F
1:50-2:45pm W
7:30-8:15am Friday only
Kaiser (after school + lunch recess):
2:50 - 3:45pm M, Tu, Th
1:40-2:30 W
Student lunch recess M, F
Pick out some great reads for your students to enjoy during the PFO's Read-A-Thon and beyond! The holidays are right around the corner, so don't forget to shop for all those gifts! Proceeds directly benefit the school's library.
We are looking for volunteers to help staff the fair. If you can help with cashiering, answering questions, set up or take down, please sign up now (links above)!
*Note: Lunch recess volunteers at Kaiser and Kindergarten volunteers at Woodland will need to be cleared volunteers.
Books Celebrating Inclusion
As you search for books, please consider adding titles that feature themes of inclusion and/or characters with diverse experiences and identities. Below are just a few that might be of interest and we encourage you to check out the Club Leo, Celebrating Diversity, and Voices catalogues from Scholastic for more great titles!
Who Doesn't Love a Good Book Fair?
The book fair takes place twice each year and helps to support school and classroom libraries at both campuses.
How it Works
Kids can come to school and purchase books with cash or by using the secure, cash-free eWallet tool provided by Scholastic Book Fairs.
